How can you contact us over the holiday period?
Contact Centre
The business.gov.au Contact Centre will take a short break and will be closed on:

- 1 January 2026.
If you need business support outside of these days you can call us on 13 28 46, send us an email or use our live chat, Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 8:00pm across Australia.
Social media
We’ll stop posting and responding to questions on our Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn channels from 12:00pm AEDT Wednesday, 24 December 2025. We will resume responding from 9:00am AEDT Monday, 5 January 2026.
