Australian Academy of Health and Medical Sciences Limited Women in Health and Medical Sciences Inclusive Leadership Mentoring Program The project will establish the first nationally coordinated Inclusive Leadership Mentoring Program for women in health and medical sciences (HMS). The program supports the career progression of mid-career women in HMS while developing the inclusive leadership capabilities of sector leaders who participate as mentors. Museum of Underwater Art Limited Museum of Underwater Art (MOUA) + STEM Changemakers MOUA + STEM Changemakers will deliver a five-year, place-based STEM engagement program across regional, rural and remote Queensland. The project activity will include delivery of engagement days, design thinking and entrepreneurship workshops, mentoring by STEM professionals, and STEM immersion and symposium events. The program will connect girls aged 12–18 years with local industry and research organisations and community stakeholders to address real-world STEM challenges and build capability, confidence and pathway awareness. $2,000,000 $2,982,600 QLD
Griffith University Girls in AI Innovation & Mentorship (GAIM) GAIM is a co-designed program led by Griffith University in partnership with the AI Consortium to support school-aged girls to participate in STEM entrepreneurship through AI-driven innovation. GAIM will combine place-based activities with an AI-enabled digital platform, providing structured training, resources, mentorship, and networks to support 2,000+ participants. Macquarie University Girls to Graduates (G2G): Enabling and Empowering Women to Success in STEM The project will enable and empower girls and women from underrepresented groups to transition from school to university and into STEM careers. Using a Students as Partners co-design approach, G2G will develop programs with the participants to address their unique challenges, provide tailored support across the student lifecycle, and increase participation in STEM education, careers, innovation, and entrepreneurship. $1,999,918 $3,872,892 NSW
Male Champions of Change Champions of Change Engineers Group: An Accelerated Strategy for Disruption The Champions of Change Engineers Group is a national, CEO-led initiative designed to increase gender balance across the engineering pipeline through coordinated systems change. Delivered in partnership with Engineers Australia, the project will bring together 20–30 senior leaders from across industry, education and professional bodies to drive collective action at key transition points from school through to employment. Using the proven Champions of Change methodology, the program will align existing efforts, embed inclusive leadership and workplace practices, and strengthen pathways to attract, retain and advance women in engineering. The program aims to reach 940,000 girls and women and increase gender balance in the engineering profession from 16% to +40%. $1,999,644 $2,418,644 NSW
