Overview

Support is available to help tourism related businesses access consultancy services, which may be used to help them navigate and access potential funding opportunities.

This initiative will focus on support for new or enhanced existing product offerings and experiences, including:

  • new and existing tourism product and experiences development
  • enhanced visitor experiences including infrastructure improvements
  • workforce development
  • strategic marketing development (excludes ongoing/operational activities and services) that supports potential engagement with new markets and trade distribution partners.

There are 2 levels of consultancy services available:

  • level 1 – advice and initial assistance about potential funding availability, up to a maximum of 2 hours
  • levels 2 – funding application preparation service, including assistance in writing submissions up to a maximum of 16 hours.
