Funding may be used for:

Fishing infrastructure and improving fishing access

protection of fishing access, providing more fishing locations
fishing amenities such as fishing platforms, fish cleaning tables, kayak launching platforms, fishing access tracks, fishing safety infrastructure and other angler facilities.

Recreational fishing education

fishing workshops and events, schools education, providing fishing information to fishers.
