Victorian gas appliance manufacturers and their supply chains.

Overview

Support is available for Victorian gas appliance manufacturers and their supply chains, through a service provider appointed by the Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and Regions.

The service provider will assist with the development of preliminary business diagnostic for successful applicants, including a financial health check and an assessment of future opportunities (diagnostic report).  A full business transition plan will also be provided if required.

Businesses that have completed a business transition plan may be invited to apply for a grant to implement the transition activities outlined in their plan.

Check if you can apply

To be eligible, businesses must:

  • have an active Australian business number (ABN)
  • be registered for goods and services tax (GST)
  • be an employing business registered with WorkSafe Victoria as at 28 July 2023
  • be highly revenue dependent on the gas appliance industry
  • have manufacturing operations in VIC involving production of finished gas appliances, and/or production of input components for gas appliances.
