Overview

This program delivers practical, hands-on support – not just theory; supporting businesses to sharpen their strategy, prioritise growth opportunities, and make confident decisions as they scale.

The program runs for 9 months and includes:

  • workshops focused on growth strategy, scaling challenges and decision-making
  • 24 hours of mentoring with dedicated, experienced mentors who understand how to grow and scale businesses.

Participants begin with a structured capacity assessment. This highlights readiness, uncovers constraints, and pinpoints high-impact opportunities. Support is then tailored, so businesses can focus on the key drivers that will deliver the greatest growth. 

Check if you can apply

To be eligible, your business must:

  • have an Australian business number (ABN)
  • be registered for goods and services tax (GST)
  • be an Australian-incorporated company or an incorporated trustee applying on behalf of a trust
  • be actively trading in Australia, with at least 3 consecutive years of trading
  • have the intent and opportunity to increase trade in Australian or international markets.

Participation is co-funded by the South Australian Office for Small and Family Business. A $1,200 participant contribution applies and ensures commitment and secures your place in the program.
