The Van Diemen Project
This business advice centre provides small to medium businesses and entrepreneurs in Tasmania with advice, mentoring and support to help them build and develop sustainable businesses.
The van Diemen Project helps businesses with free to low-cost support and advice to help them solve their business problems through one-on-one advice, workshops and programs tailored to the individual business needs.
They are also delivering the Digital Solutions Program, an Australian government funded initiative which provides up to 5 hours of one-on-one digital advice from a qualified and experienced business adviser for a small fee. Also included in this program are access to free workshops, webinar presentations and self-directed tutorials on a range of topics, including:
- introduction to digitalising your small business
- social media, digital marketing and selling online
- using business software
- AI and emerging technologies
- cybersecurity and data privacy.
