The Australian School of Employment aims to equip every Australian with the skills, resources and mindset they need to start a business, grow a business or enter the workforce, regardless of their postcode.

They offer a number of services to help people start and grow small businesses, including:

  • the Australian government Digital Skills Program – provides small and micro-business owners with practical support to build their digital skills
  • the Australian government Self-Employment Assistance – help for individuals to start and develop a small or micro-business through 12 months of free mentoring, workshops, accredited training and financial support
  • workshops for small business owners
  • business coaching for farms.
