This free forum looks at the actual costs of a work-related accident on a farm and what can be done to ensure a safe working environment for everyone.

WorkSafe Commissioner Sally North will introduce a program of presentations from WorkSafe Investigations, WorkCover WA and St John’s WA looking at the costs and consequences of not having good safety systems and practices in place on a farm.

The WorkSafe agriculture team will outline what needs to be done to get those systems and practices in place and a panel of farmers, chaired by Safe Farms WA, will discuss what they have done on their properties to create a safe working environment for their workers, their families and themselves.
