Resilient by design: Securing the future of Tasmanian agriculture
Change and uncertainty are part of running a modern farm business. Join experienced business advisor Warren Moore from the Braddon Business Centre for a practical look at how Tasmanian farmers can build resilience, adapt to changing circumstances and make confident business decisions.
Drawing on his experience working with Tasmanian businesses, along with industry insights and practical business tools, Warren will explore ways to strengthen business performance, support profitability and identify opportunities in a changing environment. The session will provide practical ideas to help you plan ahead, adapt to challenges and build a farm business that is ready for what comes next.
Delivered in partnership with the TAS Farm Innovation Hub and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment Tasmania, the event will also provide an opportunity to learn about support available to Tasmanian businesses.
Kelly Brown, Manager of the Business Tasmania service, will explain how Business Tasmania can assist you with personalised support, information and access to programs available through the Tasmanian Government, including the New Business Support Service and Tasmanian Business Advice Service. These services connect Tasmanian businesses with experienced advisors, including Warren, for practical, personalised support.
