Positive duty for leaders
Come along to be equipped to ensure your organisation is not only compliant but also fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
Designed for executives, board members, senior leaders and people managers, this training provides fundamental training to support your organisation in taking proactive steps to educate and empower your staff. We aim to ensure everyone understands what constitutes sexual harassment and how to prevent it. Through our training, you'll learn to identify specific factors within your workplace that might foster a culture of sexual harassment, as well as any barriers to reporting and addressing it.
What you’ll get out of attending this workshop:
- understand your organisation’s responsibilities under the Positive Duty and learn how to reduce the risk of vicarious liability
- recognise how industry norms and workplace culture can influence behaviours and contribute to unlawful conduct
- identify psychosocial hazards linked to sexual harassment and explore effective prevention strategies you can apply in your workplace
- apply national frameworks, developing action plans for real case studies and tailored scenarios.
