This practical workshop is designed for business owners who want to use AI more confidently. You will learn how to create better written content, business images, short videos and simple digital tools using popular AI platforms.

You will learn how to give AI clearer instructions so the results are more useful. You will also create your own AI style guide, which tells AI how your business should sound, what tone to use and what words or writing habits to avoid. This helps future content feel more like you and less like it was written by a robot.

During the workshop, you will:

  • create and improve a prompt for a real business task
  • build a personalised AI style guide for your business
  • compare different AI tools and the results they produce
  • generate an image for your business
  • turn an image or idea into a short video concept
  • create a simple interactive tool or game
  • learn how to check AI-generated information and protect private business information.

You will leave with prompts you can reuse, your own AI style guide and practical content created for your business. You will also have a clear process for using AI more effectively after the workshop.
