This workshop provides early-career manufacturing workers with the tools and techniques to communicate confidently in the workplace.
In manufacturing, the moments that matter most are often the hardest to speak up about safety risks, quality issues, team dynamics, or when something simply isn’t right.
This practical, frontline-focused workshop is designed to equip early-career manufacturing workers (18–24 years) with the confidence, awareness and tools to handle these crucial conversations safely and effectively.
For individuals, the ability to speak up is a critical capability, supporting confidence, credibility and career progression on the factory floor.
